Privacy Policy
This policy explains how WiseNetwork LTD ("Wise Network", "we") handles personal data collected through wisenetwork.co.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site we receive the details you enter: your name, company, work email, country, the service you are interested in, volumes, destinations and your message. We also receive the IP address the request came from, which we use only for security and abuse prevention.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, payment details, passwords or government identification numbers through our forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about.
- To carry out company and sanctions checks before entering a commercial relationship.
- To protect the site and our forms from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your data and do not use form submissions for advertising.
Who receives it
Submissions are delivered by email to our sales team. We use service providers to host the website and deliver email; they process data only on our instructions.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled on this site, it is a cookieless tool that records aggregate page views without identifying individual visitors. See the cookie policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within 24 months. Data about partners is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and as long afterwards as accounting and legal obligations require.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on our server, rate-limited and delivered without being stored in a public location.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing sales@wisenetwork.co. We will reply within one month. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. The date of the latest version is shown below.
