Our Network and Interconnects

How carriers, aggregators and operators connect to Wise Network, and what sits behind those connections.

Infrastructure

Our equipment is colocated in Canada and the Netherlands, with redundant power and internet connectivity. Our offices are in Beirut, Lebanon and Mahe, Seychelles, and our support and service teams cover North America, Europe and the Middle East.

Voice interconnect options

Voice partners connect over SIP, with IP-based access control on both sides, agreed codecs and capacity limits. Termination and origination can share one interconnection. The full process is on SIP interconnection.

SMS interconnect options

Messaging partners connect over SMPP 3.4 for high-volume traffic or HTTP for simpler integrations, with delivery reports on both. See SMPP connectivity.

Coverage

We carry voice and A2P SMS to international destinations except countries and parties under UN, US (OFAC), EU or UK sanctions. Because route options, sender ID rules and number availability differ by destination network, we confirm coverage per destination rather than publishing a single country count. Ask us for the current list for the service you need.

Monitoring and support

  • Route quality monitored per destination and supplier: ASR, ACD and post-dial delay for voice; delivery rate and latency for SMS.
  • Automatic re-routing when a route degrades, within the route type agreed with the customer.
  • Technical support available 24/7 through agreed contacts.
  • Live CDRs, billing and statements through our partner web interface.

Security and redundancy

Interconnects accept traffic only from agreed addresses and accounts, with capacity limits per partner. Our experience building telecom security products shapes how we protect our own routes from toll fraud, SIM box bypass and SMS pumping.
